Inspired by protests during her trip to Chile, Shirley Manson’s lyrics analyse inequality and corruption. Right on track with other Garbage hits, but this upcoming album will dive deeper into those themes.

The Joy Formidable is back with a new track from their upcoming release, Into the Blue (out August 20, 2021). “Back to Nothing” is a dreamy track that is backed by their signature wall of sound. It’s about standing your ground and staying true to yourself.

Marina (feat. Pussy Riot) – ‘Purge the Poison‘
“Purge the Poison” is the latest single from the electropop queen Marina (featuring Pussy Riot). This track hits on topics from quarantine, the infamous Britney Spears head shaving incident, body image, and the Me Too movement. Marina’s new album, Ancient Dreams in a Modern Land (out June 11th, 2021) will not disappoint.

Joy Oladokun – ‘sorry isn’t good enough‘
Joy Oladokun’s single ‘sorry isn’t good enough’ is a unique blend of pop, folk, and R&B. Using a weak apology as inspiration, Oladokun shows her range as an artist and songwriter. Her debut major label release will be sometime this summer.
